How to apply for a World Y membership
The steps to apply for membership via email are as follows.
Go to World Y and click on “Sign In / Sign Up” at the top right corner of the screen
Look up “Don’t have an account?” and click on “Sign Up”
Choose your registration method as an email. You can fill out the form by filling your recent email and password for entering World Y. (Password is not necessary to be same as email password.) and fill in your first and last name and year of birth and your gender

In case you get notifications, these might be because of some mismatches between your information and the information that the system requires. You are able to recheck and edit the information according to the shown notifications. Here is how to fix these problems.
If the notification says that "This email has already " we suggest you log in by clicking on "Sign In". Then, fill in your email address and password.
If you can't remember your password, you are able to reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password". Then, create a new password.
Getting a notification saying that "Email has already been taken", what should I do?

Go to World Y
Click on “Sing In / Sign Up" at the top right corner of the screen
If you have signed up with email, you can fill in your email and password. Then, click on "Sign in"
When the top right of the screen shows your account, you will be able to purchase tickets on our website or check ticket information you have purchased in My Ticket.
Note: For easy access and news updates, press the "Remember me" button to help the system remember your account. The next time you visit the World Y website, you can place orders instantly. Without having to log in again (The system memorizes the login information in the same browser only)

What should I do if I can't log in with email?
If you already signed up with email and you forgot the password, you can reset your password by following the process below.
Go to World Y Click on “Sing In / Sign Up" at the top right corner of the screen
Click on "Forgot Password?"
Fill in the email address that you forgot your password in the box. Then, click on "Send password reset email" to reset and create new password
The system will automatically email you a link to reset your password. Open the email and click on link
After clicking on "Link", The system will ask you to fill in your new password and retype it to confirm. Then, click on "submit"

I can't reset the password because I registered with a misspelled email / old email. What should I do?

- Please select the number of tickets you would like to purchase and Check Out.
Then the system will be shown the total cost of your tickets.
Please select payment methods and complete your information after that click the “Check out” button.
If you have completed the payment, you can check the code to see the show at My Ticket in the Profile menu.
If you complete the payment but the My Ticket menu does not show the code to watch the Live Concert within 24 hours, please contact [email protected] by informing

How to use Zoom with Live Concert
For those who received the code to open the Zoom system in Live Concert.
1. Install Application Zoom on your device.

2. If you already have an account, click Sign in to access immediately. / If you don't have an account, click sign up or connect with your Facebook or Email account.
3. Attend the event

Enter through the Join Meeting
- Enter the information received via email MEETING ID
- Enter the name you want to display in Zoom.
- Click Join
- The system will ask you to enter the code received from the ticket purchase
- Admin will check the information to confirm the login.
5. After joining, check that the microphone and webcam can be used.
6. Enjoy our Live Concert
When the team wants you to turn on the camera to retrieve the image in the background, the system will request to open your camera.
If you get out of the system, you can request to participate again in the process.
